Praise

“My first Kundalini experience was with Ping, and it was lovely.     The class was simple and playful, but had a strong impact.  Ping is unique and sincere. Her happy demeanor and supportive words inspired me to dance and play, and the headache that I arrived with magically disappeared.”

– Tricia Keane ,  Yoga Teacher

“Ping’s creates a loving, tranquil, and aesthetically beautiful atmosphere. The session begins the moment you walk into the yoga space. Ping has the unique talent to be both gentle and strong as she leads you through the Kundalini process. You are at one poised as she directs the class and held by her gaze and clear direction. Last night I walked into Ping’s Kundalini Yoga class in pain with an ongoing back issue. I walked out feeling calm and relaxed, and at the same time wide awake. My pain was gone. It is still gone as I write this the morning after. Thank you Ping, you were born for this!”

–  Dana Michie, LMFT

“Here is my experience : Waves crashing on my shore. Breath sailing on my wind. No place to go, except deeper. Shake my spirit with the vibrations of moon gong, and feel the energy of Spring Kundalini with Ping. The experience brings me to life, and life brings the experience to me. Namaste.”

What is Kundalini Yoga

Kundalini Yoga is a complete system to amplify the highest states of consciousness while removing lower vibrational energy from the physical and mental bodies of the practitioner. It is an ideal practice in today’s fast paced world as it requires little time to practice and produces profound results. Yoga means union and Kundalini creates the union between the flow of the practitioner’s spirit and the universal life force. This process opens up new realms of reality, vitality, prosperity, and creativity. Ultimately Kundalini Yoga is a practice that awakens the inner power that exists within every human to create self-mastery and joy.

What is kundalini

It is the whole energy of the cosmos in the individual and beyond the individual. It is the energy of consciousness. Without the constant flow of that energy, you could not live. With a large flow, your mind begins to flow and awaken. You stop living in imaginary realities and become very dutiful to the tasks and joys of life. You experience it when the energy of the glandular system combines with the nervous system to create such sensitivity that the brain in its totality receives signals and integrates them. A new clarity accompanies your perception, thought, and intuition. Normally you use a small portion of the brain’s potential. When kundalini awakens, one understands the effect and impact of an action at the beginning of a sequence of action and reaction. He has the choice to take an action or not. In other words, a person becomes totally and wholly aware. That is why it is called “the yoga of the awareness.”

“Just as all rivers end up in the ocean, all yoga ends up raising the kundalini.”-Yogi Bhajan
